It is used for thermal conductivity and heat dissipation of electronic components such as power amplifiers, transistors, electronic tubes, CPUs, etc., thus ensuring the stability of electrical performance of electronic instruments and meters. Thermal conductive silicone grease, also known as heat dissipation paste or thermal conductive paste, is a high thermal conductivity insulating silicone material. The product also has the advantages of low oil separation (approaching zero), high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance.
